"A very unique and well written book- MADMAN IN THE MIRROR is on a class by itself." Richard S. Friedman Murder, romance and the paranormal. Sprinkled with humor and occupied by ghosts. "Madman in the Mirror" is a story about a man - Henry Johnson - who is raised by a psychopath and forced to watch - even as a baby - his father murder people on a regular basis. He is also abused and brainwashed, turning him into a sociopath. Henry stalks and murders people efficiently - he tells himself that he may be a killer, but he doesn't want people to suffer. He is haunted by hallucinations, including a specter in his mirror that talks to him. “It held me spellbound and at attention all through the story.” “Fascinating peek in the mind of a serial killer.” “A most imaginative and brilliant book.”
Hi Debra ---- I see you've read "Major Pettigrew...". Did you enjoy it? I loved the story; it was gentle but it pact a punch. A great English comedy of manners. I've also read "The Girl Who...." series by Stieg Larsson which I thoroughly enjoyed. I see that you've read "Skippy Dies". Did you like it and would you reccommend my reading it. ---- Frances L
