Whoa...where do I start...ok, now I was well aware that this book was in no way supposed to be a sequal to "The Coldest Winter Ever"...but let me tell you...this book was in NO WAY the quality of her first book. i was highly disapointed at how complex, intricate, & drawn out this book was to end the way it did. I was VERY disappointed & think that a 400pg book should have more substance then what this book had....2 stars if that!!!!! The whole idea about the book how the main character criticized African American's as his justification for why he decided to date/ marry an asian women was all wrong....NOT RECOMMENED!!!

  • Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment

I wasen't too impressed with this read, a lot of it was really just common sense. I will say that while reading this book, I found myself re-thinking my actions & the things I say or do when it comes to men. This book really made me realize that a lot of the ways that men treat women are based on how a women actually carries herself. Steve put into persepctive that men feed off of a women and her actions & his perception of her will guide the way to weather or not he is going to take her seriously or treat her like the next.

I really, really enjoyed reading this book. The fact that the relationship in this book was so forbidden but very intense at the same time made this a book hard to put down. I would read this while at work & bring it home to read some more. I would recommend this to all & any women thinking about that FORBIDDEN FRUIT of a man!!!

I absolutley loved reading this book. I actually by mistake read this book AFTER I read Shameless Hoodwives & still enjoyed it. I have never laughed so much reading a book in my life. It was in no way a comedy but just how "real" & accurate the book is of daily lives was just great. I give this book 5 stars!!!!!

This book was ok, it only kept me interested because I was extremly bored at the time. I wouldn't particulary recommend it, it's something to read though.
