Hi! I'm Navem. I love to read, and spend a good chunk of my time doing just that! I don't usually accept random friend requests.

I am a first time author and working mom of teen actor Jake Thomas. My first romance novel, The Secret Layer, is now available and has been well-received. I would love to have your thoughts!

Dear Navem: I am an author from Massachusetts. My debut novel HUNTING THE KING was published in April. If you enjoy reading a good thriller like DA VINCI CODE, you may enjoy HUNTING, too. HUNTING THE KING is a fast-paced page-turner that follows archaeologist Molly O’Dwyer into war torn Iraq in search of the remains of Jesus. ForeWord Magazine says: “Fans of intellectual thrillers and historical fiction will find a worthy new voice in Clenott. His best invention may be Molly O’Dwyer, a genuinely likable heroine who more than holds her own in a man’s world. An ambitious scientist, she is also an observant Catholic whose heart and mind don’t always agree. Given such an auspicious start, the sequel can’t come too soon.” Molly O’Dwyer is an in-your-face woman with a mysterious background who’s about to go on the adventure of a lifetime.

To get a good sense of how powerful the book is, check out the heart-pounding book trailer on YouTube or on my web site at www.peterclenott.com. It is like watching a preview for an exciting movie. The novel is equally exciting.

You can find it on Amazon.com, Borders, Barnes & Noble. I hope you’ll take a look. And let me know what you think.

    Thanks. Peter.

Yeah, everyone I've heard from said New Moon was their least favorite. I also hated when it was just Bella, mostly since all she did was whine! Lol, and I started to read your review for BD, but I didn't because I thought it might have some spoilers. I'll be sure to let you know what I think after I read it!

I'm about to start reading Eclipse. I'm also reading about 8 other books right now, so I haven't read the series as quickly as you did. I'm kinda glad it will be a little more stretched out though. I'll be sad when the series is finished. Also, your review of Congo is nearly identical to my thoughts and review of the book. The opening scene where the gorilla tore the guy to pieces was totally awesome, but I could have done without a lot of the jargon. It seems our great minds think alike!

Ha ha, I'm glad to see that someone can relate. As to the books, I loved the Goosebumps, Animorphs, and Three Detectives series when I was a young teen. I ate them up! As for Twilight, I don't know why I liked it so much except that Edward's family is so intriguing. I get a bit aggravated with Bella at times, but overall the series is great!

It's not weird except that when we're anywhere in public and I hold her people tell me what a beautiful daughter I have. They think I'm her dad! I think it's funny though. I do look at helping to raise her as practice for when I have my own.

Ha ha, I know, right? She couldn't believe it when she found out. So now she calls Ava her miracle baby. I love her to death. :)

Thank you. It's an interesting story. My mom actually went to the doctor to have a hysterectomy and found out that she was pregnant. After she learned it would be a girl, a months later she still didn't know what to name her. A few nights after that she had a dream and in the dream she was given the name Avari Michelle. So that's where it came from. Interestingly enough, Avari means "gift from heaven", and Michelle means "sent by God". Pretty cool, eh?
