My husband and I met at work. At the time, he was the controller and I was a programmer. Currently, I am a stay-at-home mom to my 3 year old daughter, Hannah. We enjoying reading, singing, dancing, and travelling.

This is tied with The Dante Club for my favorite Matthew Pearl book. I loved the glimpses into the publishing world, Charles Dicken's life, and life in the 19th century.

This is a fantastic book. Nannerl's story is one that should have been told a long time ago.

This is another great book by Julia Quinn. I almost didn't give it 5 stars because I still like some of her older books better. However, I read it in one day and thoroughly enjoyed meeting one of the notorious Smythe-Smith girls. Julia Quinn is just so spectacular that even her "less than the best" for her are still the tops in my book!

This is a fast, fun, touching read. I loved this book. If you are a Tim Russert fan, you will really love it.

I have to read this book again. It is one of those books that just one reading does not do it justice. For anyone who is Catholic or interested in the Catholic faith, this is a must read. The way Mr. Hahn links the Mass to the Book of Revelations will make you see the Mass in a whole new light.

This book is an inspiration to me! I love it! I am having my husband read this book too. It is not necessarily good for kids to be a part of the "cool" crowd (statistics prove this point). My wish is for my child to be confident, caring, and kind. After reading this book, with consistant parenting, I am sure we can achieve this goal.

When I first started reading this book, I almost stopped reading it. I found the author to be very unlikeable. However, as I trudged through the first chapters, I found myself coming to admire this person (even though not completely enamored with her). In fact, her enthusiasm for her subjects has inspired me to delve into the Italian language and meditation. The take-home message, "happiness is found within," is always a welcomed thought.

This book was a bit too brutal for me. The author is a a very good writer but I had a difficult time saying I "liked" this book.

This is a fast-paced, edge of your seat adventure and it is a true story! The story of the search is enhanced by the flash backs to world war II.
