Hi Lizzy, I'm ok. coming down with a cold. Uh, as for the 13th Tale, don't waste your time! There are a lot of better books to read. Yes, I read a Tree Grows In Brooklyn when I was in middle school I believe.

I liked it too. I got the ending I wanted. All I wanted was for Edward and Bella to be together and for Bella to be a vampire. So I was happy.

Hey there...Yes I received it! The books went out today. :)I finished Breaking Dawn last week and loved it! I know there's been a lot of criticism about it but I just enjoyed it for what it was and thought it was well done.

Welcome to Sweet Readers of the South!! Please feel free to share what you are reading with us. The group is kinda shy. And I don't want to dominate the group with just my postings--I don't like that in a group. I like participation. I had thought about organizing a book to read each month but it hasn't worked out that way. I am being completely honest with you Elizabeth. I had illusions of grandeur once I decided to start this group than reality hit. But the books everyone is contributing is wonderful. And I am learning to love the Southern spirit. I live in SC, GA before and hint hint CA before that. I wanted to really appreciate my surroundings and thought what better way?!!

Hi Elizabeth, I don't like Vampire lit (well to be honest I haven't read any!) but have picked up The Historian 4 -5 times, What do you think of it? Your work with Autistic kids is a big challenge. I'm a pediatric nurse, so see the early worry of parents.
