    As you may have noticed ,I have not poisted anything recently. I am reading John Irving's Until I Find You. I always struggle a little with Irving so it takes me awhile. I did not like his World According to Garp, in fact I could not finish it because it was so base. I did , however, enjoy Ciderhouse Rules. So I'll give this one a chance. Thanks for all your postings.

    I loved Snow Flower and the Secret fam. I highly recommend it. It's a great portrait of women's lives in pre-modern China.

    I have reviewed your shelf and we seem to enjoy the same books. Snowflower and the Secret Fan and Peony in Love are 2 of my favorite books of all time. I especially liked Snowflower.
