Hello! My name is Maya and I am from Charleston, SC. I work as a library assistant with hopes of becoming a librarian. I love to read, especially African-American fiction (no urban lit), bios and true crime. Even though he is passed, that is a really nice pic. He seemed full of life and I hope they do develop his books into movies like he wanted. Just to let you know that my urban fiction novella "There's No Tomorrow, Only Today" is available at http://metracity.wordpress.com/2009/07/31/theres-no-tomorrow-only-today/ for FREE. It's hard hitting urban fiction with twists and turns and a passionate plot. Please find out why 'There's No Tomorrow, Only Today."

    Hello Holliwood,
Thanx for stopping in. I read Three Sides To Every Story and I enjoyed that one, but I have to go back and reread it again. I'm planning on buying Too MUch Of A Good Thing Ain't Bad and I hope I enjoy that one as well. Took awhile for it to come out, but if u read it before me keep me posted how it turns out.

thanks for answering my question. I read a lot of urban lit and I must agree with you, the stories are all the same after a while. I still read it although it gets so predictable and somewhat offensive, I guess I'm torn between quality writing and all out drama. LOL i used to read Christopher Pike when I was a teen but seeing him on your shelf showed me some more of his work that I'd porbably be interested in. Remember me is one of my fave books of all time. take it easy!!
