Hi Abeer, WTF is a common, but crude, phrase used as slang when typing text or email and translates to "What the F**k?", as in, "What the F*** is going on??" It is not a very nice thing to say out loud, but most people have at least thought it to themselves when they are faced with a confusing, startling, offensive, or incomprehensible situation! :)
