You don't listen to The Ramones?! They're one of my newest obsessions, along with The Apaty Eulogy. Usually there's more, but I'm broke. Simple as that.

I have just started a book blog and would LOVE it if you could stop by and maybe even leave some feedback: http://shutupimreading.blogspot.com/

Haha, it's okay, hm...let's see. Well, the group hasn't read about Zombie's or Aliens. So let's have the theme Zombies/Aliens. If that's okay with you? =)

Sorry it took me six months to get back to you--I had an unintentional hiatus from Shelfari.
    But anyway.
Diva Destruction, Nekromantix, The Faint, The Cruxshadows, Bauhaus, Halou, Devil Doll, The Ditty Bops, Voltaire...Well, I have like 12 gigs of music on my computer so it's kinda hard to narrow down. My favorite all-time band is a psychadelia band from the late 60's called King Crimson. I like everything except metal, emo/screamo, R&B, a good majority of rap, country, and whatever actually passes for punk these days.
    What do you listen to?

Hey, I was looking at your review for Hush, Hush..and I was just wondering how you've read it? I didn't think it got released until October? I'm so jealous, the first few chapters on the authors website were amazing!

I'm LOVING it! I haven't been able to read as much as I'm wanting to because I've been so busy. Also, I constantly have to satisfy by internet obsession... Anyway, it's amazing! Right now, Katniss is examining the burn on her calf from the fire. :(

Yeah, it sounds pretty good. It's being made into a movie with Michael Cera, so that's awesome. (:

    Cool!!

Woah, its sounds really good! I should definitely look into it when I go to the library next. Who is the author?
Haha yeah I can tell. But how have you read it, if it comes out in a few days??
You should look into the "Heir trilogy" by Cinda Williams Chima. Oh my gosh, those are AWSOME books!!! I was so in love with them, that I had to get my sister to read them and she fell in love with them too!!! They are called:
    The Warrior Heir
    The Wizard Heir
    The Dragon Heir
*sigh* they're sooooo good.!@#$%^! hahaha. So to find out about this book just click this website :

http://www.cindachima.com/Warrior%20Heir/about%20the%20Warrior%20Heir.htm and it'll tell you about the book, and about the other to as well..
anyhow I hope you enjoy them(if you want to read them!) and i'll ttyl.

    Hey Pinkhair.
So this is a little random, but you being a fellow homeschool-ee, I just wanted to get your opinion on something. I was just looking some stuff up on homeschooling and came across this on some website. What do ya think about it? Let me know, if you care to!

"There are social disadvantages too. It can be very lonely, sometimes even for home-schooled children, to interact amongst themselves and have no friends from school. This puts them at a disadvantage because they do not have as good social skills as kids who attended formal schools. Some of them also find it difficult to adapt in the real world because they are not used to interactions with their peers. Some of the kids grow up to be bitter and ask their parents why they were never taken to school because they would have missed so much. For them, it would be like not having had a "right of passage.""

I just finished Wake yesterday, and it was okay. I'll probably read the next two books, but it was just okay. One thing I did like was the setup of the book. There weren't really chapters, just date entries, which was good if you didn't have a lot of time to read.
