Oh, so I FINALLY read The Goose Girl, and I really loved it. You were right, it was simple and completely predictable, but written well enough, that I didn't mind at all. I look forward to continuing the series.

As the mother of a teen, I guess I just didn't like the idea of children killing other children. It bothered me so much that I almost put it down. I did NOT want Rue to die! But I kept going because I thought maybe the deaths were staged or something. :-(

Hi Erin~ I saw on PBT where you haven't read any of the top chick lit books. I also don't usually read that genre but did read a couple of really good ones so far this month and thought I would share! I read Such a Pretty Fat by Jen Lancaster, which was laugh out loud funny, and The Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella. Given that we have fairly similar tastes in books, I think you'll enjoy either one of those! happy reading,Nicole
I know. I was browsing to find books I've read and I kept finding interesting books that I wanted to read. I kind of stopped looking for ones I had already read. (Sorry I'm responding so late. I don't get on here very often.)

I've noticed there are lots of Erin's around here.... Me being one of them. Seems as though Erin's rule the book world. They seem to POP UP everywhere! It used to be a unique name. Now we're a breed that seems to multiply like rabbits. I guess you can't keep a good thing down.
