Loved your selection for the book club. Kept thinking about it the whole day. I cannot '"let go of the book" ;).
All the time, while reading, I had Keira Knightely as Kathy but it turned out the other way around. Curious how they will deal with such an inner book.

I am weary about reading Black and Blue. When you do, tell me how it is.

    Jen,
I see you read Monsters of Templeton, I loved that book. Great mix of contemporary and historical fiction. Miss you all in book club.

    Jen,
I, just, finished reading Silent in the Grave. A funny light historical mystery. I got hooked, from the first line of the book:" "To say that I met Nicholas Brisbane over my husband's dead body is not entirely accurate. Edward, it should be noted, was still twitching on the floor."
If you read it, you will want the next one in the trilogy.

I'm reading "This Much I Know is True". When I started reading this really long book I nearly gave up on it. Half way thru the book it all started to come together. It is a kind psychological mystery. It turns out to be very insightful and worth the effort and the length. My next door neighbor in Florida gave it to me. Jean

Hey there! I'm listening to Sedaris "engulfed in flames" on mp3... he reads it himself and it's hysterical!

I didn't realize you liked Anita Shreve. :o) Me talk pretty one day was a great book - same with running with scissors. It is very interesting that we do have very similiar taste in books. I just started reading Middlesex - I'm not sure if I'm liking the book yet.
