Hello! I am a student and I am currently obsessing over two types of books: classics (Pride and Prejudice, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Les Miserables, The Count of Monte Cristo, etc.) and murder mysteries (AGATHA CHRISTIE! I would seriously stalk that woman if she was still with us, she is so amazing!). This doesn't mean that I don't read anything... more »

    Rebecca,

I read And Then There Were None many years ago. I don't remember much about it. I'll have to pick it up again. I have always liked agatha christie.

    Hi ReBecca,

I like your profile and your shelf. We have several books in common. I love agatha Christie as well. Do you like Ms. Marple or Poriot better? Also, if you have any suggestions for classics I would love to hear them. I aspire to read more than I do. Let's be friends.

Hmm. I haven't read the vampire diaries books yet. But those and the Sookie books are completely diffrent. Do yourself a favor and go buy them (the sookie books). They are addicting like cotton candy. :)

Hello, Rebecca. I’m the author of The Sandal Maker, a new novel about the public ministry of Jesus from a unique point of view, a little controversial at times, but you will see him as never before. It’s a story that will take you on a fascinating journey in first century Galilee. Have you ever wondered what is was like to live in those times? What part did women play in his ministry? Was he the first feminist? Were the miracles real? Why did Judas betray the Master? How does the gospel of Jesus compare to the gospel according to Peter and Paul? This is a “must read” for those on a true spiritual quest. You can read reviews at Amazon.com. I’m including a link to copy and paste. Let me know what you think.

Les Miserables is one of the greatest books ever written. A master piece so poigant and sad but also makes you greatful for all that you have.

That's cool that you're such an avid reader! I think they did change the story line a bit for the movie. (A bit disappointing.) The Wolves look cheesy.

Sorry for the late reply a little busy and sick. They made a series on HBO out of the "Sookie Stackhouse Series" called True blood. Very entertaining I must say. I'm not sure about a movie though. Let me know how you liked Twilight when you are done. I'm in love with Edward as most people are who read the book. :)

I loooove agatha christie novels. I've read a few of them but would love to read them all. I have two Christie novels that I haven't read yet. Can't wait!

I think I'll still give Shadow of the Moon a try.

Just to think that they made a movie out of "Love in the time of Cholera." I'm defintely passing on that. We have a lot of similar books. I like the fact that you branch out into different genres. Currently I'm obsessing over the Sookie Stackhouse series. (vampires, were wolves, fairies and what not.)

I'm reading " nana" I see it's on your shelf. I don't have high expectations for it. I agree with most of the book reviews on the books we have in common. Your reviews are a riot! :) I hated 'Love in the time of Cholera" it just was endless with a plot that I'm still unsure of.
