Thanks for the help! Yeah, I really like historicals and scottish romances. My favorites are Born in Sin (which is Scottish) by Kinley Macgregor, loved Dreaming of You by Lisa Kleypas (Derek is one of my favorite heroes), loved the first two Cynster books by Stephanie Laurens and I really liked the Essex sister series by Eloisa James among others!

I have Lord of Dunkeathe, so I should probably get the first one so I can read them in order. I also picked up her newer one at the used book store called Knave's Honor I think. For the season books I have summer and winter so I need to look up the order of them I think. I heard that winter was the best one though. Thanks for your help! What are your favorites?

Hi Jen, was wondering if you wouldn't mind answering a question for me. I see we have a similiar interest in historical romance and I wanted to know which of Margaret Moore's books to start with. I was also thinking about reading Devil in Winter soon, but I'm having trouble picking one of my many books, do you think you can help me?

Wishing you much success in publication . . . Living the dream is our goal, indeed!

I miss the Cape so! Much family there . . . and deep roots . . . Portuguese sea captains in Provincetown, and even old Plymouth Colony . . . sigh . . . Had a blast reconnecting with family and places last summer. Hope to return soom.

For varied writing practice and discipline, I publish articles, poetry, and stories at the online publisher: Associated Content: The People's Media Company.

I've been with them 2 years and loving it - great fellowship among the writers/poets, and fun prompts for articles that keep me practicing - and noticing / honing - my edit skills (argh - and LOL!) Honest company, with integrity, great contests on occasion, and sometimes I make enough $ from them to buy lunch :-)

My profile has a link if this is something you might like to add to your 'writing-exercise' time, or you can copy/paste from here:
