    I listened to this on tape. I'm not sure I would have slogged through it as a novel because I think it got slow in places. I'm really not into fantasy but I am glad I heard it since it is soooooo different.

    Wicked was great! A mature political fantasy. Imaginative and smart. (It prompted me to read several more of the same author's books, and none of them were nearly as good as this, his first)

    I loved Wicked--it gets a little thick in the middle, but if you can stick it out, it is well worth it!

    Wicked is a great book, especially if you're into fantasy. I wasn't that interested 'till a friend read it and she couldn;t say enough about it. This book presents a much deeper idea of good and evil that is really thought provoking, It stayed in my head for a while....

    it is really good, but also super depressing. a lotta blood and the mature stuff, but that's it. it is definitely one of the darker mangas i have read. the author, Yuu Watase, is amazing! i love this book. Other good series are Fushigi Yuugi (one of my favorite mangas! soooooo goood!!!!!) and alice 19th (shorter than the others, but really goood!) and another thing, in all of the books i have read by her, at least one person dies!!! T_T
