“I finished reading, The Midnight Breed: Book 1 Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian. IMO this series is starting out a lot better than the BDB. It does jump around but it's not pages and pages...(you get the idea) and it's easy to keep up with. I love Gabby's character, she's strong and by no means a wimp. I also love the way Lara set up the history of the vampires.It's on the dark side but not depressing makes you want to keep reading and not stop until you get to the end of the book. There are no boring scenes in this book it has a lot of action which I like. This series will have to be read in order from what I gather right now, don't believe it can be read as a stand alone. I have the second book so I'll be starting it soon.”

“First Historical I've read in a long time and I quite liked it.Nicky Malloy has a kick butt attitude plus she has a wicked punch. With a sexy bounty hunter after her makes for an exciting read. I look forward to book 2, The Prize.”

“To be honest I had 5 chapters to go and I couldn't make myself read them, so I read the last 3 pages. If you are into a sweet romance without any adventure then this is your book. It wasn't for me. I like short and sweet romance books not long drawn out ones. I'm sure someone will like this book better than I did.”

“Alpha Male, Alpha Female,hot sex and suspense thrown in. What more can you ask for. I think the Nauti series would be best if they were read in order.”

“To be honest I didn't think I would like this book let alone read any of the other books of this series. Thanks to some friends, and you know who you are, I'm hooked so I will read the second, third and..... You get the idea.
