Yes you did recommend "The Three Cabritos" to me. I bought it for my nephew for his birthday!

Small world that your dad and uncle know those guys! That was such a good book.

I started reading it... Just because I didn't care for it enough to finish it doesn't mean I didn't "read" some of it! You have the right not to finish, right?

Yeah, but I want more Napoleon! I've read 237 pages and still no Napoleon! But I do really like it.

I've had to create a number of new books and the most frustrating thing is when it assumes I mean a different title and pops that one in instead. This has happened with french language books. I've still got many tags to assign. I tried doing that on my crappy home computer and it kept getting hung up, so I'll do it during my breaks at work. I want to get all of 2008's reading onto shelfari (only about another 15 or so), then experiment with sorting by tags.

Tell me what you think of The Book Thief when you're done. I read it last month and loved it. And if you need Eclipse or Breaking Dawn, you KNOW I own them.

It's not bad... I don't really like how the pop-ups on your shelf stay up for so long, but overwise it's decent. We shall campaign the others to join, yes.

Aww, thanks, Angelica! I did try bibliocommons already, but was told not to invest too much time and energy into the trial version at this point. When it's installed on all staff computers, then I would definitely try to build a collection. It's not the same as shelfari, but it's much better than our current catalogue. And I'm sure we'd get used to it with time as well.
