Jim: some thoughts on your book -- 1) My husband and I have a good friend named John Allen, so thought that was a funny coincidence when I read your book's summary :) ; 2) Though a Christian, I really don't enjoy faith-based fiction. I say that with NO intention of offending you or downplaying your achievement in writing a published novel. Those things said, if you still would like to send me a copy, I will gladly give it a shot, but this is definitely not my usual genre. I wrote quite a bit in high school and college, but I have tapered off from it in the past few years. How difficult did you find it to write your novel?
