I will make a point of being home if you are going to be here. If we are not home one of those weeks it will be because we are down LBI and if that is the case maybe you could come down there for a visit. Maybe the kids would enjoy the beach a bit. We usually have to go during August because of Doug's football schedule. They only allow them two weeks off in summer! The zealots! lol Have a wonderful day my friend. Suzanne

Donna, I just read My Life in France and it was fantastic. There is a very similar book that I will have to look up again for you as it was really funny. I will post it just as soon as I can recall the name of the book and the author. Its hell getting so old! lol

Too funny! I could spend the rest of my life just reading and would not finish reading all of the books I want to have read. Especially the classic literature. I try really hard to go back and read some of the classics once in a while. The writing is just so brilliant. I really wish my boys were in to reading like I am but alas they are not. Maybe they will get the bug when they are older. I will have to go see those movies. I don't get out to alot of them but when I see something really special like that I have to go.
Oh that sounds like a lot of fun. Is this a book signing or are you having lunch? I also just finished Mitch Alblums new book and it was fantastic. When I read his first book I was sceptical because my hubby bought it for me as a Christmas gift. He was thrilled that the guy was a sports journalist and wanted me to see that they do have talent. I was blown away and have been reading him ever since. Keep me posted on your reads as I am always looking for another book. Love to read!!!!

Donna the books about Josephine Bonaparte are great! I picked the first one up in Paris and was hooked immediately. I am really in to the historical stuff lately. Let me know what you think when you are done with reading them.
Last time I went to the library in Fallsington, the librarian told me to "mark" the book in some signature way and then I would remember if i had already read that book. "That is what the older ladies do" she told me! Isn't that hilarious! but i do love this site. I will work on a picture tomorrow. The dog is just as cute as a button!
Donna so many fabulous books. I just love to read and was part of a great book club a while back. This is a great site because it can be utilized like a book club but with a lot less time commitment. I just finished My Sisters Keeper and saw the movie last week. The book was much better than the movie. Very sad though. Are you reading Pride and Prejudice yet? This is one of my all time favs. I just love Jane Austin. Have you read any Mark Twain lately? As I get older he becomes more sage and I just love rereading all of his stories.
