If you like quick reads with a strong (but sometimes quirky) female character, there are a fun read. Nothing too serious, but I love them for when I need a quickie to fill some time.

I set up a table at the local farmers' market. Sold 24 books on 2 Saturday mornings. Pretty good for a small town. I made a little sign that said "For Women Over 40," and there were a lot of women there over 40.

Hi Frieda! I liked Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office too! It is a catchy title but she has some very sound theories. I see you are a librarian? I've always wanted to be a librarian but don't know much about it. :) Thanks for the note!

    Hello Frieda !
I am happy to receive a msg from you.
I loved Rich Dad, Poor Dad too. I like Robert Kiosaki 's style .
Actually, I had the chance to read his new book " Conspircy of the rich " online. The book will be out on September 21st.
    I strongly recommend it.
Unfortunately,I haven't read Freakonomics. Have you read it. Would you recommend it for me ? what is it about?
I am happy we are connecting through Shelfari. Tell me more about you !
    Keep in touch !
