At a young age, Gwyn Ramsey spent many hours at the public library, reading Nancy Drew, Little Women, Treasure Island, and many others. In high school, she wrote for the school newspaper in high school, but did not become interested in writing until she retired to Florida.

Having delved in genealogy for many years, history piqued her interest and a small kernel of an idea developed into a full-blown completed novel. It took three years of research before Journey to Tracer’s Point became a reality in 2008. Her next book, Winds of Change, will be released this summer 2009. « less
