I am married for 14 years and have two children - two girls - 8 and 3. I also have... more »

So I finished the Murderer's Daughters... The first half of the book was really good, but the last half of the story dragged for me - kinda blah... Get Lucky is up next:)

That's so nice that you got it back!! But, I think that the universe was trying to let you know that you need an iPad. That's definitely what was at play there. Not the kindness of strangers, but the need to buy more technology!

I've been eyeing the Ipad, too :) I have a tech saavy friend and she saids it's not really worth it. She said it's just a Kindle sized Itouch. She said it like that was a bad thing. I didn't see the problem with it. I love my iPhone, so I can't imagine not loving a bigger version. Reading email on the iphone is not that great, so if I had it on a big tablet, I think I would love it. I'll bet the Secret Garden is a free book. It seems like all of those old classics are.

I know I added The Usual Rules to my "Plan to Read" list. And I already downloaded the iKindle. :) I downloaded a couple of the free books to see if I would use it. So, I'm reading Anne of Green Gables. I never read it. It's very cute. And very little girly. I didn't know that. As soon as I finish, I'll start buying. I can't wait to be hooked up! I hope I can loan to you, too.

    Hey-
What was the name of the book which took place in Madison, WI with the college student working for the woman with Lou Gehrig's Disease? The husband split and the college student, who was the woman's caretaker ended up quite the chef!! I can't remember the name of the book or author??
