Hi! I’m from the Canada group, just popping by to let you know that we are trying to drum up interest in doing a group read. We have a thread started for anyone who is interested to let us know they are interested. Once we know there will be a few people, we’ll then decide on a book (Canadian author, of course!). Hope you decide to join us!
I see that you have read a lot of Margaret Atwood. I enjoyed her poetry, and so I read Cat's Eye. The Handmaid's Tale is on my list of books that I want to read.
I haven't read it. The only King book I've read is the one we read in the book club (Tom Gordon). I've always wanted to read King and haven't got around to it. I'd love to borrow it sometime. My husband enjoyed the miniseries. I'm not familiar with the story.

La verdad es que esta muy bien.El libro que mas me gusto de Isabel Allende... supongo que "Paula". Es un libro muy triste, pero precioso (yo no suelo llorar con los libros y las películas, pero con este libro lloré muchisimo, supongo que porque sabía que era real lo que contaba). ¿Lo has leido? Si lo leiste, ¿que te parecio?"Pasion india" esta bastante bien. Fue un hecho real. Te recomiendo que lo leas sobretodo si te gusta leer sobre otras culturas.Bueno, espero saber de ti pronto y a ver si nos vemos un dia en el messenger que nunca te veo. Por cierto, no te preocupes por tu español. Yo tambien cometo mil errores en ingles y lo estudio desde que era niña. Aunque cometas errores entiendo perfectamente lo que dices y eso es lo importante. Hi Alana! I wanted to come welcome you to the Canada group. Our group tends to be a little slow sometimes, but it comes in spurts. There is a Welcome and Introductions thread if you would like to come introduce yourself there. We also started a trivia game, if you want to take a look at that.
