I did like it. I wasn't really sure where the story was going to go. I don't want to write to much. She is a great writer and when I read it really captures the area of the falls etc. If you like Jodi u might like The Testimony by Anita Shreve. while it is a difficult subject matter and a more contemporary story it reads like a Jodi Picult
maybe you need to listen to the John Adams book instead of trying to read it. lol
