Yes, I've thought the same a few times. A Time to Kill is still my favorite of his books. I'm looking forward to Ford County when it's out. And Patterson is just an addiction. I read all of his books as soon as they come out. The plot is always catchy and the books go quickly. I like Baldacci, too. I've been reading Harlan Coben lately, too. And sometimes when I want to read something that's not gory or suspenseful, I like Mary Kay Andrews and Billie Letts. They are both great writers and create the most memorable characters. I always miss the characters when I finish the books. Actually, I haven't come across too many books in my life that I didn't like.
It's Secret Santa time at Book Chat!
Hi BR. Yes, might as well record the books I read since I probably would read 100 anyway. Nice to see that you're here, too.
Hi there. Come by book chat and see what's new.
Ohh, Sorry!I stumbled you in the group Writing Readers. I saw someone already says it, but the true is I liked your avatar. So, I visited your shelves. You know the end of the history.
yes I am back partially- i moved back to NY a few weeks ago and now Mom is sick and in the hospital and I am there everyday from morning to late at night to make sure they do what they are supposed to do for her. Today she had a stroke while I was there shit does it ever end... LOL
Linda, I LOVE the avatar!
Notice from your group: “Dean Koontz”February’s group read and discussion is “Fear Nothing”
Hi Lindam welcome to Shelfari and BookChat. I'm Tenia the co admin.
Just starting it myself and it hasn't really grabbed me enough yet to spend large blocks of time with it -- I end up reading a few pages and then making an excuse to find something else to do...but I am determined...hoping it picks up. This is my first Grisham book - bought it on impulse at the checkout because many of my friends seem to rave about him - but I'm not sure I picked the right volume to start with...but hey, I saved 30% of the cover price :)
308? DANG and I thought I read a lot
Welcome to the Dean Koontz group. The January group read and Discussion is “Intensity”.If you have already read it, please fell free to write comments in the discussion and review of this book.
Good lord... I've been looking through your "I've Read" list, and there's all those classics I read so long ago I've almost forgotten them. Thank you for including them, I'm inspired to start adding them now. Be well,
well i don't know... it's like... i can't sit here and think about all the books i've read, can i? it'd take forever.
what if i don't have any books!
I just realized while looking at everyone else's book lists... I'm shallow... I'm okay with it though.
Here is one of my all-time favorite books: http://www.eiseley.org/reviews/dderrick-immensejourney.php
