Are you slowing down the reading for summer? I know most people do including myself. It gets hard to fit it all in.
I thought it started out slow also. Toward the end I couldn't put it down. I think that maybe it took awhile for Harrison to work the characters and writing style out. Chuck warned me it is very very similar to Jim Butchers books so maybe you won't be able to get into it as much. I refuse to read any Jim Butcher till I finish catching up this series.
You got alot of variety on your shelf. Stephen King must be your favorite though. Once I get through the Kim Harrison books I may give the Jim Butcher series a try. James updated his shelf. You need to go over on my friends list and send him a friendship request so you can keep an eye on him.
