Rowan has her NOOK and comments she made on the Nook facebook account made it into the BN newsletter :) says

Thank you for the kind words. I think some days that I have strength, others I want to pull the covers up and stay in bed. There are always kids to teach. That is a great quote. Tomorrow I have yet another doctor visit for a poke and prod session! YAY ME! I love chatting with people on shelfari because we are a tightly knit bunch of people that love books. I just finished the second book in the Gemma Doyle trilogy - someone here reccomended it and I get the best books from other people here. Right now I am on a young adult lit kick so I can reccomend books to my students at the Youth Shelter next week. I may even bring some Christmas presents of books to the kids. I cannot imagine Christmas in the shelter. I always look for friends of like mind. :)
