I have decided to use this site as a record of my reading from now forward rather than a history of my reading--I'm also on GoodReads and have invested plenty of time on that history there (and I'm not nearly computer savy enough to figure out how to transfer from one site to another, lol).
I am a bookseller for Tattered Cover Bookstore, a famous independent bookstore in Denver, CO. It's a perfect place for bookaholics to work--I've got unlimited access to books and advance readers copies. I enjoy putting people and books together, and love writing and reading book reviews.
My main interests when it comes to reading are mystery and suspense, with a guilty pleasure of pretty much anything vampire related. However, I review books for work, so I actually read a fairly broad range of stuff.
When I'm not reading or working, I love live music, standup comedy, my DVR (so I can watch the many TV shows I love but don't always get to see in a timely manner) and trying out new restaurants.
