Hey Judy! Haven't heard from you in forever! How've you been? I'm doing pretty good; just got home from vacation. I spent most of my summer break in Portland, OR. Have you been reading anything interesting?
I do still have the book! That's one I actually bought instead of just going to the library. :) It is an excellent book - the 25th ann. updated one has lots of pictures and updates from Ann Rule about Bundy's trials and his execution. It is very intense, and makes you look a bit differently at everyone you know. ;) Thanks for writing. :)~Vanessa

hey how are u doing??
I originally read In Cold Blood years ago, and then read it again a yr or so ago with book club at my work. We also played the old black and white movie with Robert Blake during our meeting, quite chilling when you add the visuals from that movie. Books are always better then the movie in my opinion but this one was very true to the tone of the book. How have you liked this website since you have been a member since 2008?? I am new since the beginning of this month and am having a great time so far just adding and looking at what others are reading!
Hey there! :)
Judy, If I may call you so,I am doing "Fine" as is my Family! tell me, how else, can I be doing, with a friend like you you guys? Any way, as you might knw, I own, over 379,000 books....Yet, the one that stands out in my mind, is entitled....well, there's 2...."Beethoven", by Mark & Crest and "In A Pit With A Lion On A Snowy Day!" Written by a Mark Batterson. Ok, my friend, thanx for the quick response, and also, the Beautuful Friendship!JassThanx again:
Hi Judy, i am just stopping by, to say: HELLO!JassWhat cha reading?
Hey Judy, about The Cinderella Deal by Crusie (I hit "no" and then they didn't give me a chance to explain) -- if you have read all of her other books and really want to read more, than I would read this one. But if you have other books by her to read still, I'd read those over this book. It's one of her first books, they just republished it, but you can tell it's not quite up to par with her recent books, which are awesome!
Hi Judy, I haven't read "Killing Her Softly" yet so not sure if I would recommend or not. "Gorgeous Disaster" was an interesting read, but beware it's very sexually explicit.
If you like the TV show "Castle" and a good mystery, then yes. You should read "Heat Wave."
Hey there, we are doing a book swap (not secret santa) in book chat. Hope you can join us
Hello, Judy! I would love to be your friend! It looks we enjoy some of the same authors - Crusie, Iles, Anderson, Corwell, Dreyer (wow, neat to see her on your self!). For suspense/thrillers, I highly recomment Iles (it appears you plan to read him). I also enjoyed Harlan Coben's Hold Tight, about parents who put spyware on their son's computer. This is one of his stand alone titles, although he writes a series, too. I love P J Tracy - start with Monkeewrench. It's a suspenseful, can't put down read with lots of humor. Karen Robards and Linda Howard are excellent for their blend of romantic suspense and humor. To Die For by Howard has a wonderful smart alect heroine - I couldn't put the book down. Let me know if you already read these authors. I would love to know what you think about them!
Hi Judy! I hope you are feeling well these days. I haven't been reading a whole lot but attempting a huge new Stephen King novel, Under the Dome. I am trying to read it by Easter. Take care!
Hi Judy...in regards to the book "In Broad Daylight"...a resounding YES! This book was a fascinating read. You won't be sorry!! Let me know when you are finished and how you likeit...happy reading, Rita
Sorry, Judy, I haven't been on here in a while. I didn't realize I had a message for you. As for letting people borrow my books; I don't mind at all. I know that books can get expensive. I should say that some of my books are sold back to The Bookshelf, a used bookstore near me that lets you sell books for credit towards other books! Let me know which book or books you are interested in. If I still have them, you are welcome to them.

Hey Judy! Happy belated Valentine's Day! Did you and Danny do anything nice? Gary and I had a simple, but nice day. How much snow did you get this weekend? We actually got snow and a snow day Friday, but it wasn't anything to miss work over. But, it was still nice to see a little flurry :)
I am so sorry I am sooooooooooo late in answering this message.. I apologize.......I do not think you can go wrong on any of Ann Rules books.. I have read a few and liked them all. She is a great writer.......she keeps me INTO IT! Of course all of hers are real crimes........so they can be very sad too. I can't read two of hers in a row.......I need something lighter in between. Birdie [
I have a mother-in-law named Judy and our last name begins with an F! How strange...it also says that you are a member since August 16, 2008, and that is when my husband and i got married. :) I don't know if you have read any Harlan Coben, but he is a great mystery author.....I also love love love Erica Spindler. Let me know if you have heard of them at all?! I'm also a huge A.Christie fan!
