Your Hip Hapa
I am an avid reader and writer of fiction. But I always say, it's all fiction. As an arts and entertainment journalist, I know that's true. How many times have I absolutely hated whatever I'm reviewing--say, a film--but I know the publication I'm writing for needs the studio's advertising so I soften it up a bit. Now, that's fiction.
