I did not like the book at first. As the main character's life became happier, the book became more interesting to me,and in the end I enjoyed it very much.
Hi Nazaliah,I see you took the plunge and are reading EAT. After kicking a paperback copy around, the upcoming release of the film made me actually pick up the book and read it ... I know better than to watch a film version of anything first. And I really enjoyed it. I think for me, the major stumbling block was the PRAY portion of the program ... and surprisingly enough, that became my favorite segment of the book! Two big thumbs up from Deborah ...
