Tide of Death was chosen by Amazon as one of the Best Crime Fiction Reads of 2006, and The Suffocating Sea as the Best of British Crime Fiction by The Book Depository in 2008. Dead Man's Wharf was given a star rated review by USA reviewer, Kirkus and the sixth in the Horton series, Footsteps on the Shore a starred review by Booklist in the USA in 2011. Also the author of two thrillers: In For The Kill and In Cold Daylight, which was shortlisted for the World Book Day Prize 2008 and voted the third most popular novel in an on line poll by readers.
