    it's about a girl who's very unique...and calls herself stargirl though her name is susan caraway. she moves to arizona and takes up high school for the first time after being homeschooled for all her life. she isn't really accepted at this new school, but she finds a boy she likes, who likes her back, but is embarrased to be with her. gradually, the students begin to like her more and more, but never completely. you should check it out. look it up on the books category on this website.
