I'm one of those people who love to read slooooowwwwwlyyyyyyyy.... My brain needs time to digest the information and I always enjoy taking my time reading a good book. I blog about my thoughts on the books that I read at Ulat Buku in the City. Ulat Buku means Book Worm in my native language Bahasa Malaysia.

The one and only store that I frequent is MPH in MidValley. I occasionally go to their Alamanda branch but the book choices are awfully limited. I would love to spend time in Kinokuniya @ Times but I don't think any of my friend would be willing to accompany me there if they know that my sole intention of going is because I need to pay the bookstore a "long" visit :P *lol*

I am actually into the Vampire Diaries series as well :P They are great series, aren't they?? True Blood literally caught my intention from its very first episode!

Speaking of your upcoming shopping spree, do let me know if you see the books that I mentioned in my previous posts. I'm thinking of doing some bookhaunting as well soon, so maybe I'll be lucky to find books that I really want!

I'd bought Hunger Games and its sequel the past week, but not yet devour any. I hardly hear any negative comments on both books, hence I think I should give them a try. Did you get the hardback version of Hush Hush? Saw it at the bookstore the other day but no paperback version available. The storyline truly intriguing!

Thank you for the infos regarding Harris's books. Perhaps I should try couple of the ebooks first and see if it's worth purchasing the whole series. I have to admit that I got pretty hook up with the TV series, so maybe I'll really into these books as well. The books - each - are not too thick, aren't they?

I almost finish reading Eragon and half way through The Pact. Will be starting Boys Meet Girls sometime soon, I think. This is the first time I heard of GRR Martin's books and the reviews sound promising. Perhaps I should try one of the books and see how it goes =)

Where do you often buy the books you're reading? I'm looking for the book by Jay Asher, Thirteen Reasons Why and Nicholas Flammel series by Michael Scott, but it seems like MPH didn't have any stock of those! Pftt!

I saw that you've read most, if not all, books from Sookie Stackhouse series.
What do you think of those?

Dear Natasha: I am an author from Massachusetts. My debut novel HUNTING THE KING came out in April. If you enjoyed reading DA VINCI CODE, you might like HUNTING, as well. The story revolves around a charismatic young woman named Molly O’Dwyer. Molly was five years old when she witnessed her mother's death in a fire. She never knew her father. After her mother's death, she was raised on the campus of a Jesuit college in Boston. Now an archaeologist, she is recruited to participate on a dig in war torn Iraq. As a scientist she is compelled to know who or what is buried under the sands of ancient Babylon. As a loyal Catholic, she is scared that what she finds may have devastating consequences for her faith. There is an awesome YouTube book trailer well worth watching to give you an idea of the power of the book. If you get the chance, I hope you'll take the time to watch it and let me know your feelings. Thanks. Peter
