Ha, camping isn't all that bad, I quite enjoy being cut off from civilization but not in the winter. It needs to be warm. I have a hard time with being cold in the summer at night, winter would kill me.

I want Dimitri back too! Who knows, but I can't wait. Why, oh why, is it taking forever for it to be released?

I wish I wasn't that bad sometimes, but really, my normal sit down time for reading gets interrupted and I can't concentrate on anything but "I could be reading" or "I wonder what happens next".

I could care less about my credit now if I could pay off my debts. I would rather be debt free on my truck and home than worry about how that affects my credit. Silly, you think that stuff like that would help out, no huge debt and stuff.

I see why he sent the text. Because he didn't want to get reamed later, on something that shouldn't matter as much.

I have the same problem. My little sis will ask, how much of that color is in your closet. Oh. Ha.

Why did you stop drinking, if I may know? I love me some guiness! We only have one place here that has it on tap and I don't much care for the bar. So we rarely go there.

Ha, let me know how the Man Hunt goes! My little sister was hitting on this guy at home depot once (we don't have a lowes) and her line was "So, do you work here often?" I was laughing so hard. She cracks me up.

Yes, love the crisp, cold winter's days. Great to be out walking with the sun shining and the ground frozen!

I'm slap bang in the middle of England, the imaginatively named Midlands.

I've got nearly 100 books waiting to be read. I picked Off Minor by John Harvey to be 93.

My To Be Read shelf here is almost exactly every book that's sitting on my shelves waiting to be read! Despite having read nearly 100 books this year, I've got about twice as many to be read as I had a year ago!

Ha! That would be great... if only I excelled at arts and crafts. I'm more on the destruction path that construction. Oh well.

I have only been once, for living in the state that has it, that is pretty pathetic, but Jeremy wants to go back sometime. So maybe in the spring (ain't no way I'm camping in snow).

She did, the theory was (theory because Avery fried herself) that she might gain more power by shadowkissing another spirit user and she didn't want to try it on Adrian because she wanted to force him to be her boyfriend forever. Yikes! Glad she got fried!

I do the same! Almost every friday for the last two months I have been going out to lunch with Jeremy and his aunt and I keep thinking I could have gotten some reading done... which makes no sense to me. In the mornings at work we usually screw around if we aren't terribly busy until the boss comes in so I do all my reading there. Man! One hour break and you think that I hadn't gotten to read in weeks!! I have been enjoying the anime we've watched. Some are sad, some are funny. Haven't found anything I have really loved yet.

I'm one of those people that would be bored to death not working. Yeah, I complain about working sometimes but I'm glad to have a job to keep me sane. If I won the lottery I would pay off my truck and maybe buy a house. After that the rest goes into savings or investments. I don't want to spend it all, just get stuff paid off and that will make everything else easier.

He wasn't there for it. Ha. I caught it all. But he wasn't happy about it. That was the reason she got a text when I got a phone call. I was just glad he is alive, she was pissed he wasn't going to do work for her. Gee, do you blame him?

I'm with you! I hate spending money like that and when I need new clothes I always take my little sister because she is willing to be my slave driver and make me buy what I need. Even if it isn't what I want to pay she will point out that nothing else worked or we go try to find something on sale. She's a life saver!

Oooooo! Tell me how it goes! What mr. hotty says.

I am a social drinker. Which means I have one or two when I go out and I'm done. I'm not the one to get trashed in a bar and become the most obnoxious thing ever, I just like one or two while out and then go home. But no, most of these girls aren't like that so we don't hang out much. Actually I haven't seen them in months. My best friend is the same way, so I go out with her now and then. Neither one of us is big on the get drunk but do enjoy a good guinness every now and then.

Jimmy Johnson! I was jumping up and down and screaming when he took home the championship. Man, I'm a sad creature lol.

    Hiya Chica

Hmmm…good idea…I have to get leg shackles, you’re right I don’t want him to run away….

LOL…glad to hear you had a great time with Heather at dinner. I know exactly what you mean about trying not to be too loud…when we are together with the girls, we try to do the same thing, but it is hard sometimes.

Hmmm…it seems Charlaine Harris has more series I haven’t read or heard of. I will check that out later and put them on my wishlist. I’m not in a hurry to buy them, so I can order them somewhere begin 2010. Okay, you’re telling me there are going to be 2 more novels in he Sookie series…I hope you right and they will be better that the last one. But we can only wait and see.

LOL…are you sure…that you will put Sands in the next month…LOL…but I know for sure you won’t regret it, I really like this series.

Yes, Queene of light is good, definitely worth to try Of course I’m not sure about the second book, but I will find out soon enough, definitely this week. If I like it I will order the 3rd book later on.

Love the avi btw! It's cold here too, brrrrr. Floods today. It was fun driving through them.

We are very happy at the moment and are working through certain issues. If things get too difficult we have decided to give therapy a go. I'm going into therapy myself as a result of some changes myself. Hopefully that will help.

Our weather hasn't really turned to winter yet, it's still quite mild and wet. We've still not had a frost, but one will turn up soon. Autumn has almost been just an extension of summer this year (and better than some of it too!)

I've almost finished book 92 since last night. Got to work out what 93 will be...

Ha, that would be sweet. I should make one. Then he could sit next to my turkey.

That about sums it up, most of the big cities are rare and we leave in an area now that is completely surrounded by desert. I live in the southwest portion so we got the desert, go east or north and you get rolling hills covered in grass. Ever see pictures of Yellowstone? That is pretty much what it is like but where I am...but now I am partial to the desert. Lots of places to go out and play.

Avery just wasn't shy about using compulsion on everyone all the time. She used it so much that her guardian and her brother lost their personalities and became slaves. I am starting my next Anita and taking my time with it. We watched some anime last night and I think that is a good break, from reading all together. I do spend an unbelievable amount of time reading so doing something other than that was nice.

What about just being rich? I guess selling it on ebay will get you a nice sum so you never really have to worry about financial issues... hopefully. HA.

Sounds interesting! I'm bumping her up!

Well, the way he rolled it he was lucky it didn't crush him and take his life. I show up to church and she sits down for a second (she never sits with us, even when I was by myself yesterday) and starts complaining that I knew before she did and he didn't call her but sent her a text and how everything is just so unfair and that he should have gotten it last night instead of getting it today and ruining her weekend plans. Ugh, woman! She is so self centered I want to keep his mom and my mom apart. He is getting it appraised from his insurance to see if they can fix it, if they can they will, if it can't be they will pay out and then after that he will look into another. But his uncle was able to start it (he went along with Jeremy to fetch it) and it helped get it to the top of the ravine. So that might be a good sign.

Yikes! I never pay that much for jeans! Yes, go back and talk to the lowes guy. Get his advice on the best way to put shelves up. Then swing away and bring him home. Ha. That is great! I haven't gone out with the girls in a while, but most are the kind I get tired of. I'm not a party girl so I don't want to get drunk every night and my good friend moved about half an hour away so we don't see each other as often but we still make time.

My weekend was slow for a change. It was nice. Did some reading, watched the race (yes, my driver took home the championship AND made nascar history with 4 in a row!!) and relaxed.

    Hi chica,

::blow kisses:: Thanks girl, I haven’t thought of that, but I definitely put some handcuffs on my avi guy. He needs to stick around for a very long time…LOL.

Thanks, no more Fade out, till I’ve read it.

That is great, how was the dinner with Heather ? So you gave her a book by Jaci Burton, I hope she like it. OH dear goodness, she only read the Harlequins and special editions and now you’re giving her Jaci Burton….I hope she can handle that…LOL…let me know what she thinks about it.

Oh, yeah now I know when you mention the Harper Connelly series. I knew Charlaine Harris had another series, but I haven’t read that one or even have a book out of that series. Is the series good ? Should I give them a try in the future ? The storyline sounds interesting.

Oh don’t worry about the Merry books. I have the first three or four on my shelves and I’m not buying the others before I’ve read those and see if I want to continue with the series. So it doesn’t matter that you dumped your copies at the used bookstore.
You should definitely get started on the Sands books. I’m reading A bite to remember at the moment and I only can say that this series is fabulous. It is still my favourite genre (vamps), but with a twist of humour and I love that.

I’ve finished Queene of light yesterday and I have to say its good, but so different from what I’ve read lately. It’s not the typical romance. Ayla is an assassin of the Lightworld (half fae/half human) and she is trick into becoming the mate of the Queene’s brother Garret. Garret wants to be on the throne instead of his sister and hopes to get it through Ayla, because it’s only past on from female to female. But Ayla fell in love with Machali (a fallen angel) who lives in the Darkworld and is torn between her feeling for him and her people (fae). I cannot wait to read Child of darkness and see how the story continues, so I’m definitely going to read that this week.
