Hi there! I'm just dropping by to welcome you to The 100+ Book Challenge. The idea of the group is pretty much self explanatory - try to read 100 or more books in a one year period. If you do have any questions, please feel free to send a message to me or Tenia. In the meantime, good luck reaching your goal!
Jane Eyre was long, drawn out and painful. But that's due to the face that I'm not a fan of that period. Having said that Wuthering Heights is a favourite of mine. But no - Jane Eyre did nothing for me I'm afraid. I now have to write a report on it.. Oh the joy! :P

Actually, I am planning to read it. I haven't read it yet.
I'm reading it (Jane Eyre) for Uni and yes it's tough going. I've got 5 books to read in 6 weeks. I've just finished the Tempest :)
hi!yes, they're both goodbut i had a little trouble with One Flew, there were some parts that were rather slow and boring...Sophie's World was GREAT! you'll really learn a lot from it (very philosophical)i recommend Sophie's World : )
The time travellers wife was a great book, lovely concept - would have been a nightmare to keep up with the arcs in the story for the writer. A little repetitive at times - it was 500+ pages that I personally think could have been condensed down into bout 350. I read online they have made a movie of it with Eric Banner so I'll be interested to see a) how they do the time travel sequences if they keep them true to the book and b) how much they edit out of the book for the film.
ah. Yeah I did!!! It was SO COOL!!! but my friends r afraid of hights apparently cuz they all wanted to go back down and left me up there alone.... I had to find some other kids I knew to go back down with instead.
