    Hi Brittany,
Just wanted to extend an invite to come check out an online bookclub that I moderate. We have a great selection of 6-8 books per month that we pick from, some great discussion threads, and if you're a registered meember we have a live chat session every Sunday at 7:30pm EST.

Hope you'll come check us out!

I don't know if the book will come in paperback. Normally it would be after the first print. I found the book a little expensive myself too, but I had such good recommendations that I gave it a try. But you can always wait for the paperback, it should be coming... at least... I hope it will.
Yes I know that there will be a second book, a sequel to the first one. I can't wait to read it. Hopefully it's just a good as the first one.

    Hi Brittany,

A little late answer to your question about The Hunger Games. It's an absolute YES. It's one of the best books I'ver read this year. Very exiting with a little bit of romance. I hardly can't wait for the next book in the series. Please read it, I'm sure you will like it.

    Greetings,
    Monique

Thanks for your opinion. And thanks for actually telling me why you didn't like the book. I always hate it when people just say "no" and then don't tell you why they don't recommend it. Talk to you later!

I've actually read most of Perry's books-just haven't gotten them on the shelf yet! I have loved them all-I would start with one of the Charlotte & Thomas Pitt series. You can read these out of order. The Monk series has some political intrigue that makes it easier to follow if you read them in order but that's not essential.

Thanks for the recommendation! Would you recommend The Importance of Being Ernest? I loved the movie (likely because it had Colin Firth!) and just haven't gotten around to reading the book yet.

I have been reading Rene Gutteridge's Boo series about a horror writer who lives in a small town, that leeches off his fame. He becomes a christian, falls in love and stops writing horror books. The crazy citizens of the town are now trying to find away to save their town, themselves and the writer is trying to find out who he is now that he isn't writing anymore. very fun little series. Also reading the Princess Diaries, did not know that there were so many of them, and the Sister's Grimm series, very nice. Trying to keep things light right now.
Sorry that you can't get in much fun reading right now but I am sure things will settle down a bit. How much school do you have left?

Okay, finished THE DARCYS & THE BINGLEYS. Absolute tosh. Maybe not even worth the time to read. Darcy got drunk, he and Charles chased each other around the grounds of Pemberley, it's just them acting like buffoons. Not a great read.

I am a legal assistant for the VCU Health System in Richmond. I have a B.A. in English from William & Mary and somehow ended up in the legal field. Gives me plenty of time to read, as it's often slow in the office, and I couldn't be happier about that!

Hey, sweetheart! Yes, graduating from college was one of the best feelings, finally knowing that I could read whatever I wanted. :) I'm 30, and I still have that feeling. I'm currently reading THE DARCYS & THE BINGLEYS, a P&P spinoff. It's not the best; some of the language is a bit anachronistic, and the characters are not very true to original form, but hey, it's fun, and that's all I really ever expect from spinoffs. Nothing can be like Jane wrote it. You're in college, I'm assuming? What year?

    Hello,
    Have a blessed Merry Xmas!!
    Your friend,
    ElĂsabeth

    I 'd like to

    create these days,

    a huge Christmastree

    very special

and I'd put on it instead of gifts

    the names

of all my friends. Those very close to me

and you, Diana so far away. My forever friends and

    you always.

I meet with some every day but you, I miss you

    so so much.

Someone I always remember and I forgot a few from time to time.

The reliable and the absent-minded. Friends of happy times

and other of rough times. Those never again will I hurt

and those that I have been hurt sometimes. Those I got to know deeply

and those that I've just met once and judge by

    appearance.

Those who owed me something and those that I owe them a lot.

The humble friends and the VIP friends.

That's the reason I name all of them, every friend in my whole life

You, who will get this message and they who never get it.

A tree with deep roots because your names will never be unroot out.

A tree which will blossom next year for you all, with happiness, health, love and peace.

I wish I could have gone to you so that I could have shared my hearfelt wishes of hope, generousity,

    cheerfulness,

    warm-hearted thoughts

    of joy for everybody who

    has lost everything.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
