    Since today is my birthday I convinced myself I could open up the secret Santa present from Book Chat that you sent me and OMG! Since I was being asked what books were on my wishlist and I didn't want to get duplicates. I can not thank you enough! Im so excited. You really made my day, I was hoping for something from my wishlist but never expected it would be this one.

    I have one of the Jen Lancaster books and I'm anxious to read it...based on your comments I may have to go ahead and pull it to the top of the pile.. Thanks again so much! Yay me! LOL

    i don't stitch as much as I used to before we moved from the frozen north to the sunny south! I have a group of friends that get together once a week and stitch - that keeps me on track with something. Sometimes I don't stitch in between our meetings though. Right now I'm donig a sampler for my new granddaughter - I live to make heirloom birth samplers and each of the two GSs have one.

    I've read a bit of Anne Rule but I really prefer fiction to none fiction and Mysteries and Thrillers are my books of choice. However, I have also loved Caron's Mitford/Father Tim books and I'm enjoy The Help right now - it will definitely get a heart! Shelfari has gotten me into lots of other reading too so that I've gotten a couple of Koontz read and have enjoyed them too. I'm not terribly big on the new Vampire trend but I absolutely loved Interview with a Vampire when it first came out; but I never finished Vampire Lestat and I haven't read any others in that series.

    Thanks for the invite and the lovely note. Boy, do we have a lot in common! As a rule of thumb, I like to have 10% of of someone's shelves as books in common and we do. Plus you have two grown sons, I also have two grown sons. You have 2 grandchildren, boy and girl; I have three grandchildren 2 boys and (finally) a girl! AND I also cross-stitch, plus I spend quite a bit of time with Facebook. These are my two favorite social networking sites. Glad to accept your friendship!

    Hi, been so busy I have not been here for a long time, but have been very busy reading. As many as 4 books a month and that plus my busy social schedule keeps me bright and alert. I also am a pogo game player. I'm a member and you might find me in games as Joyphoto. Plan to take some time and check out some shelfs and look for new titles to download into my Kindel...I really do love it...Happy reading.

    Hi Sharon, I am lovng mine. I ordered one book and it downloaded in about 1 minute. I figure I will download from Amazon new releases I want (only a few, but at 9.99 they are a bargain), but I want to put mostly classics on mine and I plan that Gone With the Wind will be the first one and I'll go from there....thanks for the feedback.com site....will visit it today as soon as I go vote..Happy reading. I LOVE my Kindle.
