My choice of books in the past always leaned toward horror or fantasy fiction. As I've gotten older I've stretched my reading genre. I devoure anything from childrens books (as I've got children) to romance (which is a new one for me). For me its always been a way to do things and go places only my imagination could carry me.

This was a great read. I really enjoyed it. I can't say it was my favorite in the series but it was very good. Cat and Bones..what else do I need to say?!

Erotic and sensual. Sunny is able to put a fascinating spin on vampires, demons and other creatures. I love how her charactors may start out rogues, almost to the point of being evil but somehow find redeming qualities. That they come from such low places where they put themselves above all else. Then to risk it all for someone else even their most hated rival. The ugly or strange into beauty. The story is griping and flows easily. In Netherhell Mona Lisa and Moan Lousa work together to survive finding common ground and learning they now share more than just a body. In this book most of my favorite charactors are back..Gryphon her newly dead demon and first love, Halcyon her demon prince, Amber, Dontaine and then a few new ones Gordane and King Vlad of the gargoyles.

Nikolia, Renata and Mira. Another good read. Although Niko's story isn't my favorite of Lara Adrian's midnight breed Renata is my favortie breedmate so far.

Niko meets Renata and Mira while trying to warn a Gen one about assassination atempts. Renata's gift is mind power. She's able to hurt or kill breed males with her gift. He finds there has already been an atempt that didn't work because of Mira's ability to show one a glimps of their future. It stops the assassin...another created Gen One Breed thats only called Hunter.. from finishing the Gen one Sergei Yakut at the time. The Order finds out that Dragos has been creating Gen one's in a lab and using them as his personal assassins/ servants. Andreas Reichen losses everything he holds dear and dissapears..the order has no idea if he's even alive and Dragos escapes with 7 of the other traitors.

I love how the authors throws little hints about each person but doesn't give the whole of the story away all at once.

Rio and Dylan Alexander. Good read. Each member of the breed finds a mate with special powers. Dylan has the abilitly to see the souls of dead breedmates. It all starts when Dylan stumbles on a cave where Rio is hiding; trying to get his nerve up to kill himself. She snaps a few pictures of the cave and takes off. He then has to track her and try to set things straight so that the breed remains safe and off human raidar. They learn to love and trust each other.

This book isn't my favorite of the series but it is worth reading.

Tegan is my favorite of the midnight breed warriors so far. He's a cold killer, a loner that doesn't want or need anyone until by accident he finds himself drawn to Elise. A darkhaven widow who recently also lost her son. Tegan finds her hunting and killing minions on her own. Her psychic gift slowing killing her. She and Tegan are drawn to each other. Sex, fighting, minions, rogues and love.

In Kiss of Crimson when Elise was first introduced I didn't think I would like the charactor because she was so sheltered and soft, patheticly letting her life drain away because if her dead husband. When the book opens to her hunting minions on her own the charactor showed strength. I found that I liked her better as the book went on.

Tess and Dante are very strong charactors. Dante is wild and detatch from everyone until he finds he's accidently bonded himself to Tess. Tess has been running from her secret for years. She can heal or kill with a touch.

I really liked this book. Dante is dark and wonderful.

I liked this one. Like the others it leaves the ending in a cliff hanger.

This is my favorite book of the series so far. What I'm finding I don't like about the series is the cliff hanger at the end of each. There are to be 5 in the series ..I'm hoping that the last one is really an ending and not another cliff hanger.

Alot happen in the pages of this book. All of which leave more questions still unanswered. A lot of fighting, running and still more questions that aren't answered. Mac maybe becoming one of my favorite women charactors.

I liked this book fairly well, better than I did the first in this series. The only thing I don't care terribly for is the cliff hanging ends to her books.

Story line: Mackayla Lane's in Ireland trying to find her only sisters killer. She's working with Jericho Barrons who is more than he's telling her. He pretty much tells her on a need to know basis. She learns of others like herself and doesn't know if she should trust them or not.
