    “While I've read a few of Philippa Gregory's other books and really enjoyed them, this one kinda dragged on...

    I eventually got through it, but it took a while and I had to put it down a couple of times and read other books while I gathered the courage to pick it back up again.

    If I were you, I wouldn't put this book on my "bucket list", if you know what I mean...”

    “It was just Ok, a very easy read... Finished it in like two hours. Kinda glad that I didn't pay for it and instead used my borders bucks.

    I haven't read any other works by this author so I didn't know what to expect out of this story and while it did give a twist to the usual Faery tale it didn't captivate my attention as well as other stories have.

    I'd read the next one if it was a freebie, but don't think I'd pay for it.”

    “Loved it!

    Had originally read the "Fantasy Fix" book that this was taken from, and from there read the rest of the series. This was much meatier than the original and just as wonderful.”
