I'm a microbiologist with a long-standing love of losing myself in books. My first introduction into the literary world was through mysteries and while I still love to engage my 'little grey cells' while reading, I can also appreciate something silly and creative. I am a visual learner, so enjoy non-fiction, too.

Yes, it is, and I'm not sure. I suppose I could just find a place to put that in the review? It's not a bad book, just a bit dense since it's written in a more wordy style.

Yeah, I am not sure how well it will be either but I am willing to give it a chance. I am also looking forward to the movie they are making of The Traveler's Wife.

so I'm *almost* done with Turn Coat. I get your complaint but I guess I don't feel like it's *too* slow. Like a definite portion of the mystery was solved even if not all of it. I do hope it gets over soon though. Actually I sort of felt like that with the whole vampire war business also. What I don't mind is the general episodic(and thus possibly slower) feel to the books. I am feeling like 1 things was accomplished, just not the over arching plot. I really wish these were movies, or a good t.v. series that was actually based on the books. anyway. . I'm just being patient .and at least it's not like a wheel of time book..where he has so many characters that it takes a book to get someone across a field. :)

yeah but if I want to see all the books or how many books we share quickly. . . instead of looking at each book. but oh well. the not being able to say refine searches in just you shelf or *just* see the common books between you and you friends (could do both on librairything) are the only drawbacks of this. I still like the what are you currently reading/owning/wishlist stuff better.
