Sabine

I love to read. I get completely lost in a story and almost always draw links to my life from it.
Some people say I never read happy books, but I enjoy books that stay with me for a long time. I love to share my books and my thoughts about them and love it when people ask for my recommendations.

I read Skeletons At A Feast right after I read The Book Thief! Also read Day After Night which was another very good book on the Holocaust. Look forward to seeing you when I get back. We did move, but kids won't be changing schools!

Hey! Read The Book Thief and it sent me reading other similiar books throughout July, though I haven't put all titles up yet. I was obsessed with the Holocaust. The island library is very small, but I can find interesting reads. In Montana now - home before school.

I can't remember too well if I found it depressing, I only remember being fascinated by it! Now I'm reading Dogtown by Elyssa East...just as captivating, but this is non-fiction. I'm hanging out at home - getting lots of projects done. Enjoy the rays!

Sabine-iIjust finished "The Women" by AC (forgotten his last name ? Boyt something...) All about Frank Lloyd Wright and the four women who loved him. Really follows his life. Man, his was a busy person. I enjoyed it and went on Wikipedia and found out that the incidents described in the books were ones that really happened. Anne
