    Thanks for the note,angie, and the friendship!. I also get busy because I am in school so I understand that it gets hard to post. I loved your post on meditation today. I, by the way, Ido alot of walking meditation because I am so full of energy it is hard for me to sit still. I also crochet, like you, and have even turned that into meditation :) but mostly I love the silent sound of trees.... Keep in touch! aliza
