sorry I have been away for the past several months. Finally took the plunge and searched out a publisher for my book. They called me back and I have till the end of September to get my manuscript to them. OMG a real deadline....lol. Wish me luck cause here goes my very first submission to the world outside.
I am not a devoted reader but more of a devoted writer. I read books that spark my interest for whatever mood I happen to be in at the time. I however never turn down a good Arthurian Novel.
I am 42 and have three sons and one daughter. I am currently engaged and looking forward to life slowing down now abit. It's been a rough past ten years trying to raise kids and work without their father around. But now I have only one left here at home and have been able to manage to get back into my favorite hobby of all time....writing my own novels. Maybe now I can seriously get my things edited and sent off for reviews. I have been working on some of the stories by way of WEbook and am in the process of two collaborations with two already published authors, another collaboration with two other authors who are new like me.
I may not be published but I started writing when I was twelve and I have learned many tricks to writing along the way. I can look back at the stories then and compare them to what I write now and can see a big change in the growth and knowlegde of the work. One thing I can say is this...I have such an imagination I have never suffered writer's block. So when people talk about that subject I draw a blank. I just don't see how a writer can have something like that. Once pen is in hand it is never stopped unless the ink runs out.
I could say so much more. I could elaborate more on the novels I have written and am working on with editing........but that would be alot to hear about right now. So.... enough about that let's be friends and compare notes.
