Sounds like an interesting book. I just finished Carson McCullers, The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, and this is the first time I read her works. She really captures life in Depression times and individuals struggling through understanding themselves. She is quite the writer - too bad she lived such a short time. Makes me think struggling through personal illness and suffering brought her to a higher plain in her wrtiing.

I love this way of keeping track of what I read, and think. Also - nice to see what others are reading as this gives me ideas. I miss our old monthly dinner, wine and book group!
