Hello Chris, I hope that all the books you read are exciting and satisfy your thirst for adventure. I’m feeling a bit under the weather this morning. Grrrr. You have an interesting shelf. Dracula: Hearts of Stone (Dracula is a good guy) We start with a shiny new pot of boiling water and add too many evil vampires, and not enough of the good biters. Toss in one suicidal Dracula; add a cup of mayhem and a dash of romance. Stir in some red sheriffs. Oh yes, and a pinch of mirth. Stir lovingly and you have a novel by A. J. Gallant. If it sounds like the recipe for you then you must read Dracula: Hearts of Stone. Please check out my author page for excerpts and other novels: http://www.independentauthornetwork.com/a-j-gallant.html Unrealistic or not my writing gives me hope. But with something like 50 000 books published a month it is a little discouraging. I can just picture my books underneath that pile being crushed. I didn’t think there were that many writers.
Hello,Sorry to bother you, but I would really appreciate some input from an avid reader such as yourself. Please could you complete my survey? Thank you in advance.http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VVKRM5L
Aww! You make me smile! There would be a lot less smiles on my face without you in my life!
I am surprised it took you this long to notice my special powers! I miss you!
You will have to teach me this trick, oh Wise One!
How are you reading 27 books at a time? Lol
You should read Otherworld/Sisters of the Moon series by Yasmine Galenorn. Its good, I'm reading Night Huntress and I really like it so far.
I have boy 5 years old and two girls 6 months and 2 years old, I know they are small but I have to start from now and reading them my self, so I can explain and get them into it.
Hi Chris, WOW!!! That was my first word that came to mind, when I read your description above. Librarian for 30 yrs, that must awesome job. Do you miss it? Also, do you have any suggestion for classical novels or literature because at the current moment I have started to build a personal library for me and my little ones. Especially, novels that has good moral teachings or great creativity skills. Anyways, thanks in advance.
Thanks for adding me as a friend. Love ya sister!!
Thanks for adding me :)
Saw your post in YA Books that Adults should Read. I had to stop by and tell you that your cat pic is AMAZING! :D
That's wonderful when we can devote our lives to a worthy cause. Not freakish at all, you are doing a great thing by helping those in need be it man or beast. I have 4 here dumped at our local shelter at only 3 weeks old, still bottle feeding and have to potty them. It's work but a lot of fun too. I love cats, a bit overwhelmed at times, kitten season but with education we can help them.
I like your cat. I'm a cat person too. Always love a good photo. Like your shelf too, I love to read and most of all visiting the local library.
you are a fiend for reading. I am jealous. Right now I am cleaning the yard, paying bills, and trying to get someexercise. Then go back to work tomorrow!
Hi Chris,I wish you a wonderfull Christmas!Sincerely, kouk
Thank you, I will definitely check them out!
Thanks for the invite.
Hi Chris, I see we have similar tastes. Anything suggestions on books. My recent reads haven't been the greatest. It doesn't have to be romance. Just a really good read.
Hey Girl, I am sure glad you posted your favorite author. It reminded me of reading them and now I will re-read them on my kindle. Thanks
