Don't forget to sign up to pick one of this month's authors over at Author, Author. Check out who we're reading this month, and help us pick for next month. Just find the discussion titled "Sign up to choose February's author" and put your name in the hat by tomorrow (Saturday) evening.

Hi Tina. Hope all is well. I don't know if you'd be interested, but I thought I'd recommend you read Eva's Cousin by Sibylle Knauss. I read about 75 books last year, and it was the best of that lot.

Tina.. I know, I just finished Unwind and I cant get it out of my head. There are so many philosophical thoughts, concerning the beginning of the soul and so on. Very haunting book! I loved the ending though!

Hey Tina. I sent three books out: yours, Emily's, and Rachel's. Jackie's will go out Tuesday, but I'm missing the last address. I'm not sure who the last person is. Please let them know that I still need their info. Thanks a bunch.

What a coincidence, I was just looking at that book yesterday! I saw that it was based on the lyrics to Scarborough Fair by Simon & Garfunkel. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the book. I did, however, put it on my request list at the library. I'm about 4th in line for it, so I'll get to it soon enough.

Thanks for the request. You do have quite a variety of books! I didn't realize PS I Love You had been a book or I probably would have picked it up. It will be fun browsing your shelf. :)

You are hilarious, but check this out. I haven't ever talked to you in person but I have this crazy imagination. So I just have to tell you I have a personality pegged for you when I read all of your emails. It is so funny...... My husband really believes that I am nuts. I didn't realize till just now you live in MI. I live in IN... Anyway had my epiphany for the day. Talk at you later. LOL

I saw your review on JR Ward's Covet and I agree..I have about 100 pages left and I am just dragging my feet. But I have to say don't let this discourage you from reading her Black Dagger Brotherhood series, they are completely different and are amazing. Hope you get a chance to read BDB if so let me know what you think, they are def worth reading...:)

Sometimes you just have to buck up and brave the crowds. I normally avoid them and felt foolish going
to what was perceived as a teen event but I went anyways and took my 60 yr old mother. She also loved
it. We are also both avid people watchers too so we got a bundle of things to watch that evening. Thank you
for the compliment about my blog.

My husband was in the Coast Guard many years ago (late 80's - early 90's). The uniform you see in the photo is his Honor Guard Firefighter uniform. He wore it to give our daughter away at her wedding. I think he looks great in it! The Coast Guard was very good to us.
