When we forgive, it opens us up to God's forgiveness (Matthew 6:15), it puts us in a receiving position when we pray (Mark 11:24, 25), it helps us become spiritually fruitful (John 15:10, 12, 5)

    Chandra!
I had to come back after reading your blog about "idle conversations." I HAVE had to cut friends off because of this!!!! LOL. I believe many women lose out on potential growth experiences because their friends simply WON'T allow for it. Suppose the sister on the other line was like, "Yeah, let's meet up so you can tell me about Ghana...Nkrumah...anything instead of shopping and talking about the latest video or man that's living foul"? We'd change the world. Whew! And I always wonder why so many men say, "You have such interesting conversation" when we chat. I guess it's because many other (not all) sisters simply say "nothing." Anyway, let me stop... I could go on. LOL. Good blog.

And I visited Nkrumah's memorial in Ghana. It was bittersweet. But that's another convo...and blog.
