A team and leadership coach, I also run the Mid-Atlantic Region for iPEC Coach Training, training masterful coaches to facilitate powerful changes. I enjoy supporting organizations in developing powerful leaders and teams through a number of methodologies. As a Consultant Partner for NetSpeed Learning Solutions, I provide an accessible leadership training solution for organizations committed to developing leaders at all levels. There is something about both coaching and teaching/training that I am truly passionate about, and I love what I do.
In my free time I sing opera at the Kennedy Center, practice yoga and meditation, learn more about the chakra system and other energy systems and traditional anatomy, teach community enrichment courses, and teach voice. I enjoy spending time with my family camping, fishing and investigating and discovering the world.
I have a penchant for poetry, single malt Scotches, wines and great food, and close friends. And, of course, I am always reading -- usually many books at a time. My dirty little secrets include CSI (Las Vegas) and trashy novels that include brutal murder mysteries (Tess Gerritsen, for example) and ruthless political intrigue (Ken Follett).
Some day I want to claim a visit to every continent, a completed screenplay, a role in a movie and a personal meeting with Jack Canfield. His coaching system is in great part responsible for changing the course of my life (or at least, getting me clear on what I really wanted).
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with people who are authentic. I am committed to walking my talk, and I deeply appreciate those who bring me back around when I stray from that commitment.
