Glad you are enjoying it. I had been eye-ing it on the shelf, but glad I finally checked it out. It's awhooosome!
I gave in. :)
I agree, Tangerine is a far more interesting story and less suburban feeling. Has Immortal Beloved by Cate Tiernan crossed your radar? Best paranormal I've seen this year.
Let me know what you think of Pop and Tangerine when you get to them.
An ARC that is not mine, or I'd pass it on to you.

My notes all show up here on the front page. I also get an email saying that a note has been written to me. It's not even as "private" as a Facebook wall!
I think that's right -- you can review a book on the book's entry, but to discuss things the only place I know is these notes. Oh, and if you're in any "Groups" they have their own discussion posts that don't show up on the personal profiles.I haven't read Uglies but I understand there are some similarities with Hunger Games!
I read Octavian about a year ago. Dense but worth it, here is my review on LT:http://www.librarything.com/work/981581/reviews/29200170
