Okay ... well, postmodern is hit or miss with me. Of course, so are a lot of other styles / genres. Maybe it would be a good follow-up to The Seven Storey Mountain, which I'm reading now, and is rather heavy (in a sense) and somewhat guilt-inspiring (to me) ... although I don't think it's intended to be either. We'll see. Anyway, thanks for the offer!
